Backpackers City
The City Hostel, which is part of the Salta Backpacker´s Hostel and a member of Hostelling International, is located one block from 9 de Julio Square, the main square in the city of Salta, and only some meters from the most important neocolonial historical sites. This hostel, which mixes comfort and a friendly atmosphere, offers shared and private double rooms.
This youth hostel has Internet, reading and video room, dining room and equipped kitchen, and activities like mate drinking and folk music nights to make your stay unforgettable. Guests staying in this hostel, as well as those in the Home Hostel and the Soul Hostel, are welcomed to participate in the activities of all three hostels. This offers the chance to meet many more people to share the excursions around the area.

How to arrive to the Hostel
From the bus station in Salta - Free - shuttle service.
You will find hostel staff in the bus station (they wear a shirt with Hostelling International and Salta Backpackers logos). Otherwise, you can take a taxi and ask reception to pay the bill upon arrival.
From Salta Airport (this transfer is not free)
You can take a taxi directly to the hostel. A cheaper option is to take the bus that leaves you on the main square, 150 meters from City Backpackers Hostel Salta.
