El Gualicho Hostel
Puerto Madryn will fascinate you when you’ll get to see whales, mingle with the Magellanic penguins or dive into its blue and calm waters for snorkeling among sea lions, starfish , octopusses and a great diversity of fishes. How to get there:
By car: From Buenos Aires or Rio Gallegos, transit from RN3
By plane: With Aerolineas Argentinas, LAN Argentina, Austral and LADE. From Madryn airport a minibus costs AR$9 and a taxi AR$13. If you arrive at Trelew Airport, you can get to the Gualicho with the Eben Ezer minibus which costs AR$20 per person.
By Bus: with the following companie: 28 de Julio, Andesmar, Central Argentino, Don Otto, El Condor, El Ñandú, El Pingüino, Mar y Valle, QueBus, Ruta Patagonia, TAC and TUS.
Once you get to the Puerto Madryn coach station you have 3 options : walk the six blocks from the station to the hostel, take a taxi (approx AR$5) or call the hostel so thay pick you up for free.
